Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of work spirituality, ethical leadership, and knowledge management on work engagement. Analyze the influence of ethical leadership on work spirituality. Analyze the influence of work spirituality, ethical leadership, knowledge management and work engagement on employee performance. Analyze the mediation ability of work engagement on the influence of work spirituality on employee performance. Analyze the mediation ability of work engagement on the influence of ethical leadership on employee performance. Analyze the mediation ability of work engagement on the influence of knowledge management on employee performance. Analyze the mediation ability of work spirituality and work engagement on the influence of ethical leadership on employee performance. The population of the study was all village operators who handled DTKS as many as 287 employees. The sampling technique used saturated samples, namely the entire population was used as a sample, so the number of samples was also 287 employees. The results of the study found only three direct hypotheses that have a positive and significant influence, namely spirituality on work engagement, ethical leadership on work spirituality and work engagement on employee performance. Testing the mediation hypothesis, namely the ability to mediate work engagement partially on the influence of work spirituality on employee performance, as well as the ability to mediate work spirituality and work engagement partially on the influence of ethical leadership on employee performance. Additional Information: | ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh spiritualitas kerja, kepemimpinan etis, dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap spiritualitas kerja. Menganalisis pengaruh spiritualitas kerja, kepemimpinan etis, manajemen pengetahuan dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Menganalisis kemampuan mediasi keterlibatan kerja pada pengaruh spiritualitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Menganalisis kemampuan mediasi keterlibatan kerja pada pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja pegawai. Menganalisis kemampuan mediasi keterlibatan kerja pada pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Menganalisis kemampuan mediasi spiritualitas kerja dan keterlibatan kerja pada pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh operator desa yang menangani DTKS sebanyak 287 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yakni seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, sehingga jumlah sampel juga sebanyak 287 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menemukan hanya tiga hipotesis langsung yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yakni spiritualitas terhadap keterlibatan kerja, kepemimpinan etis terhadap spiritualitas kerja dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengujian pada hipotesis mediasi yakni kemampuan memediasi keterlibatan kerja secara parsial pada pengaruh spiritualitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta kemampuan mediasi spiritualitas kerja dan keterlibatan kerja secara parsial pada pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap kinerja pegawai.
