Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of human capital and HR capability on organizational performance through servant leadership as a moderator and HR capability as a mediator. The population of this study was all village officials in Suradadi District. The number of villages in Suradadi District is 11 villages with each village having 7 village officials. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the provision that the Village Head and Hamlet Head were not included in the sample. Therefore, the number of samples was 77 village officials. The results of the study showed that human capital had a significant positive effect on HR capability and organizational performance. HR capability did not affect organizational performance. HR capability was unable to mediate human capital on organizational performance. Servant leadership was unable to moderate HR capability on organizational performance and human capital on organizational performance

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh modal manusia dan kemampuan SDM terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kepemimpinan melayani sebagai pemoderasi dan kemampuan SDM sebagai pemediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparatur desa di Kecamatan Suradadi. Jumlah desa di wilayah Kecamatan Suradadi sebanyak 11 desa dengan masing-masing desa memiliki 7 perangkat desa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan ketentuan Kades dan Kepala Dusun tidak diikutkan dalam sampel. Oleh karena itu jumlah sampel sebanyak 77 aparatur desa. Hasil penelitian modal manusia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kemampuan SDM dan kinerja organisasi. Kemampuan SDM tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kemampuan SDM tidak mampu memediasi modal manusia terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kepemimpinan melayani tidak mampu memoderasi kemampuan SDM terhadap kinerja organisasi dan modal manusia terhadap kinerja organisasi
