Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of information quality, information credibility, needs of information, and attitude towards social media on information adoption and purchase intention based on the information adoption model. The population of this study consists of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan wage participants at the Yogyakarta Main Branch Office who follow BPJS Ketenagakerjaan's social media. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Based on the sample calculation, a total of 110 respondents were obtained. The respondents were gathered using a questionnaire instrument distributed via Google Forms to non-wage participants (BPU sector) who follow BPJS Ketenagakerjaan's social media. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 3 software. From the research findings and discussion, it is concluded that information quality, information credibility, and needs of information have a significant influence on information usefulness. Furthermore, it was found that information usefulnesss significantly influences information adoption. Subsequently, information adoptionsignificantly influences purchase intention. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Upah Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta. yang mengikuti media sosial BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sampel diperoleh responden sebanyak 110 responden. Adapun cara mendapatkan responden penelitian menggunakan instrumen kuesioner google form yang disebarkan pada peserta sektor BPU dan mengikuti media sosial BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3. Dari hasil temuan penelitian dan pembahasan maka disimpulkan bahwa information quality, information credibility dan needs of information berpengaruh signifikan terhadap information usefulness. Kemudian, ditemukan bahwa information usefulness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap information adoption. Selanjutnya, information adoption berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention.
