Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and supervision on work discipline with the work environment as a mediating variable. The research subjects were village officials in Kandangan District, Temanggung Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS. The results show that transformational leadership and supervision have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Furthermore, the work environment effectively mediates the influence of both independent variables on work discipline. These findings highlight the importance of inspirational leadership styles and effective supervision mechanisms in fostering a conducive work environment to improve the discipline of village officials.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah perangkat desa di Kecamatan Kandangan Kabupaten Temanggung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh kedua variabel independen tersebut terhadap disiplin kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif serta mekanisme pengawasan yang efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif guna meningkatkan disiplin kerja perangkat desa |
