Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and hygiene on turnover intention, moderated by job dissatisfaction, among employees of PT Eddy Jaya Group located in Semarang, Central Java. This research employs purposive sampling techniques and data is processed using SmartPLS. The sample consists of 51 individuals, including 50 sales personnel and 1 administrative staff. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that motivation has a positive but not significant effect on turnover intention, hygiene has a negative but not significant effect on turnover intention, motivation has a negative but not significant effect on turnover intention when moderated by job dissatisfaction, and hygiene has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention when moderated by job dissatisfaction
