Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of transparency, community participation, and the competence of village officials on the accountability of village fund management. The population in this study were 10 villages in Maos Districk, Cilacap Regency. The sample of this study was 50 respondents who were village officials in Maos District, Cilacap Regency. Sample determination using purposive sampling technique. This research data is primary data using data collection methods through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Hypothesis testing methods using multiple liner analysis and classical assumption tests with the help of SPSS software. The result of this study indicate that transparency has a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management, community participation has no effect on the accountability of village fund management, and the competence of village officials has a positive and significant on the accountability of village fund management. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transparansi, partisipasi masyarakat, dan kompetensi aparat desa terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 desa di kecamatan Maos, kabupaten Cilacap. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan aparatur desa di Kecamatan Maos, Kabupaten Cilacap. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa, partisipasi masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa, dan kompetensi aparat desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. Kata kunci : Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Kompetensi aparat desa, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. |
