Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effect of green banking disclosure, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and firm size on the profitability of regional development banks in Indonesia with a quantitative approach. This study involved 9 sample banks selected based on certain criteria. The purposive sampling method was used in the sampling process, with data sourced from annual reports and sustainability reports downloaded from each bank's official website. The period of focus was 2019 to 2023. The results showed that green banking disclosure has a significant negative effect on profitability, CAR has a significant positive effect on profitability, NPL has no effect on profitability, and firm size also shows no effect on profitability.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan green banking, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas bank pembangunan daerah di Indonesia dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 9 bank sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam proses pengambilan sampel, dengan data yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan yang diunduh dari situs resmi masing-masing bank. Periode yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan green banking memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, CAR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, NPL tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan yang juga menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. |
