Abstract

The era of digitalization has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the world of work. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, is a generation that grew up with digital technology and the internet. Social media is an online platform that facilitates interpersonal communication between people, allowing them to engage without geographical or temporal constraints. This study uses a quantitative method to obtain research results. In this case, the use of social media also plays a role as the main trigger for generation z to have a work-life balance culture.
