Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, company size, and profitability on share price. The polulation of this study was 243 with a sample of 132 in property and real estate industry companies from 2021-2023, using a purposive sampling technique. Analysis tool that uses IMB SPSS, with research result showing that capital structure has a negative effect on share prices, while company size and profitability have a positive effect on share prices.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham. Populasi dari penelitian ini sejumlah 243 dengan sampel 132 pada perusahaan property dan real estate dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis menggunakan IMB SPSS. Dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham.
