Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital on company value. From the data obtained, many companies experienced losses that reduced company value and found inconsistencies in research results measuring company value. The population in this study were transportation sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2021-2023, the sample method used a purposive sampling method, totaling 33 research samples. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis testing. Based on the results of data processing carried out with the help of SPSS 21. Partially there is a positive and significant influence of good corporate governance variables on company value, positive and significant influence of corporate social responsibility variables on company value and intellectual capital has no effect on company value. Simultaneously corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on company value.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan modal intelektual terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dari data yang diperoleh banyak perusahaan yang mengalami kerugian hingga menurunkan nilai perusahaan dan ditemukan adanya inkonsistensi hasil penelitian yang mengukur nilai perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2021-2023, metode sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berjumlah 33 sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil olah data yang dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel tata kelola perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara simultan tata kelola perusahaan, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan modal intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
