Abstract

Abstrack The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on employee performance at PT Holi Karya Sakti in Tegowanu District, Grobogan Regency. The population of this research includes production employees at PT Holi Karya Sakti in Tegowanu District, Grobogan Regency. The sample for this research consisted of 100 production employees. This research uses primary data as adata source obtained from the results of the questionnaire. This research is quantitative research using simple linear regression. The tool used in this research is IBM SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this research show that the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The R square value obtained was 0,274 or 27,4%.
