Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of servant leadership, innovative organizational culture and organizational support on innovative work behavior, examine the influence of servant leadership and innovative organizational culture on organizational support. Testing the mediating role of organizational support on the influence of servant leadership and innovative organizational culture on innovative work behavior. The population in this study were all employees of the Education and Culture Department of Tegal Regency, 76 using a sampling technique using a saturated sample, the sample size was 76 respondents. Analysis uses partial least squares (PLS)SEM with the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research show that servant leadership, innovative organizational culture and organizational support have a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Servant leadership and innovative organizational culture have a positive effect on organizational support. Organizational support mediates the influence of servant leadership and innovative organizational culture on innovative work behavior. Implications for organizations to increase their innovation through the application of innovative organizational culture and servant leadership in an effort to obtain employee innovative work behavior using organizational support as a mediator
