Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation, brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction at PO. Haryanto. The population in this study is the general public who have used PO services and purchased bus tickets. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents, to test the hypothesis with analytical techniques using SPPS. PO. Haryanto. The results of this study stated that there was a positive and significant influence between product innovation, brand image and service quality variables on customer satisfaction.
