Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) phenomenon on employee performance at banking financial institutions in Boyolali Regency. The research objects used were employees of banking financial institutions in Boyolali Regency. The data collection method uses a survey method, this is done by distributing questionnaires online and offline. The research sample taken was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with statistical tools in the form of SPSS 21. The research results showed that there was a significant relationship between the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) phenomenon and Employee Performance at Banking Financial Institutions in Boyolali Regency. In this research there are implications that can provide insight into theoretical aspects, practical aspects, and for further research. There are also limitations which can be used as opportunities for further research.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Fenomena Diversity,Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Lembaga Keuangan Perbankan di Kabupaten Boyolali. Adapun objek penelitian yang digunakan adalah Karyawan Lembaga Keuangan Perbankan di Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, hal ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara online maupun offline. Adapun sampel penelitian yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat statistic berupa SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Fenomena Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Lembaga Keuangan Perbankan di Kabupaten Boyolali. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat implikasi yang dapat memberikan wawasan pada aspek teoritis, aspek praktis, dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Ada juga keterbatasan yang mana dapat dijadikan kesempatan untuk penelitian berikutnya. |
