Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Company Size and Foreign Ownership on Green banking disclosure. This research uses secondary data in the form of semi-annual reports from 40 banks and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population of this research is banks listed in the SRI-KEHATI Index for 2020-2023. This research uses 5 banking samples obtained using the saturated sampling method. The method used to assess the Green Banking Disclosure Index (GDBI) is content analysis. The causal relationship between independent board of commissioners, board of directors, company size and foreign ownership on green banking disclosure was tested using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of hypothesis testing show that the board of directors has a positive influence on green banking disclosure, but the independent board of commissioners, company size and foreign ownership do not have a positive influence on green banking disclosure.
