Abstract
This study was conducted to address discrepancies in previous research and aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at BMT Binna Ummat Brebes. The data used in this study is primary data. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling with 74 respondents who are employees of BMT Binna Ummat Brebes. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance.

Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. |
