Abstract

This study aims to examine the financial literacy, financial experience, and monetary attitudes of consumers towards insurance against the decision of having AJB Bumiputera 1912 Customer life insurance in Pancoran Mas Branch, Depok. This research is a quantitative study with primary data sources obtained from filling in the questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive random sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis aids. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded based on the hypothesis of Financial Literacy test, Financial Experience, and Consumer Monetary Attitudes Towards Insurance that has a significant and positive effect on Life Insurance Ownership Decisions.
