Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budget participation, clarity of budget targets and job relevant information on managerial performance in the regional government of Pekalongan city. The research method in this paper uses the Multiple Linear Regression model with the help of SPSS 21. Independent variables in this study are budgeting participation, clarity of budget targets and job relevant information while the Dependent Variable is managerial performance. The sample of this study used a saturated sample technique in which all members of the population were used as samples of the study with a total of 80 respondents. The respondents of this study used the Quantitative Analysis method. Data collection is done by distributing Likert scale 5 point questionnaire to measure 24 indicators. The results showed that the effect of budgetary participation had a positive and significant effect on managerial performance in Pekalongan city government, the clarity of budget targets had a positive and significant effect on managerial performance in the regional government of Pekalongan, job relevant information had a positive and significant effect on managerial performance in the city pekalongan.
