Abstract

This research aimed to know and test the effect of taxpayer awareness and quality of tax services on taxpayer compliance. The population in the research is taxpayers people personally listed in KPP Semarang, KPP Tegal, KPP Magelang dan KPP Surakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 100 respondents. The data this research is primary data using kuisoner as a medium to get the data. The data analysis method used is test instruments consisting of test validitas and test reliabilitas, transformation data ordinal be frequent intervals, analysis statistics descriptive, test classic assumption and analysis of regression linear berganda.The result of research indicated variable taxpayer awareness and quality of tax services had positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.
