Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of fiscal space, Regional Original Revenue (PAD), the General Allocation Fund (DAU), the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and the percentage of the poor population on spending on health functions in Indonesia at 2018. The population in this study is all regencies / cities in Indonesia are 508 regencies / cities. The sample method used is the purposive sampling method, namely the district / city criteria that provide complete financial information and obtained a sample of 506. The data used in this study are secondary data. The data collection method used is the documentation of data obtained through publication on the website of the Directorate General of the Ministry of Finance's Balance and the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency to find out information on financial and poverty statistics for Indonesia in 2018. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, Adjusted R2 value is 0,781 wich means that 78,% that fiscal space, Local Revenue (PAD), the General Allocation Fund (DAU), the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and the percentage of poor people have a significant positive effect on spending on health functions in Indonesia.
