Abstract
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence that affects profitability, liquidity, free cash flow, company growth rates, and company size on dividend policy in all sectors of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples taken in this study were 360 companies. Determination of the sample in conducting this study using purposive sampling. The research period from 2015 to 2017. This study uses associative methods and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that profitability, liquidity, free cash flow, the rate of growth of the company, and the size of the company maintained the dividend policy. The coefficient of determination is 0.511. This means that 51% of the variation in dividend policy was explaned by profitability, liquidity, free cash flow, company growth rates, and company size, while the remaining 49% was explained by other variables outside the model.
