Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal marketing on work engagement and intention to leave through job satisfaction (Study at PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring). Based on a survey conducted by researchers, a high number of employees leave from year to year, indicating that the level of attachment to the company is low or even has no sense of attachment (disengaged employees). The sample in this study was also 100 employees, the results showed that there was a positive and insignificant effect of internal marketing on work engagement, there was a positive and insignificant effect of internal marketing on intention to leave, there was a positive and significant effect of internal marketing on job satisfaction, there was a significant and positive effect of job satisfaction on work engagement, there was a significant and positive effect of job satisfaction on work engagement, there was a positive and significant effect of internal marketing on work engagement through job satisfaction, and there was a positive and significant effect of internal marketing on intention to leave through job satisfaction at PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh internal marketing terhadap work engagement dan intention to leave melalui job satisfaction (Studi Pada PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring). Berdasarkan survey yang dilakukan peneliti adanya karyawan keluar dengan jumlah yang tinggi dari tahun ke tahunnya, mengindikasikan tingkat rasa keterikatan dengan perusahaannya rendah atau bahkan tidak memiliki rasa keterikatan (disengaged employees). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak sampel juga sebanyak 100 pegawai, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan internal marketing terhadap work engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan internal marketing terhadap intention to leave, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan internal marketing terhadap job satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif job satisfaction terhadap work engagement, terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif job satisfaction terhadap work engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan internal marketing terhadap work engagement melalui job satisfaction, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan internal marketing terhadap intention to leave melalui job satisfaction pada PT. BPR Nusamba Cepiring.
