Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Fiscal Space, Local Own Revenue, Poverty Rate, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds for Economic Expenditures Function (Empirical Study in Districs/Cities throughout in Indonesia Fiscal Budget 2018). This research is a quantitative study. The sample used in this study were 505 data from districs and cities in Indonesia, which taken by purposive sampling technique. Data obtained from the Budget Realization Report of Local Revenue and Expenditure (APBD) 2018 and Poverty Statistics Data 2018 that were accessed through the websites of www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id and www.bps.go.id. The results shows that Fiscal Space, Local Own Revenue, Poverty Rate, General Allocation Funds have a significant effect to the Economic Expenditures Function. Whereas the Special Allocation Fund has no significant effect to the Economic Expenditures Function.
