Abstract
Abstract Millennials and Generation Z, with all their workplace woes, cannot be avoided from resignation or turnover intention. Turnover is something that companies need to pay attention to considering its significant impact on business sustainability. In this regard, this study attempts to identify whether work-family conflict variables can affect turnover intention moderated by affective commitment. In this research, the SmartPLS 4 application is used as an analytical tool. The results showed that work-family conflict significantly affects turnover intention among employees in Semarang City, while affective commitment unable to moderate the relationship between work-family conflict and turnover intention. Additional Information: | Abstrak Generasi milenial dan generasi Z dengan segala permasalahannya dalam dunia kerja tidak dapat dihindarkan dari niat berhenti kerja atau dikenal dengan istilah turnover intention. Turnover sendiri merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan perusahaan mengingat dampaknya cukup besar bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Berkenaan dengan hal itu, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencoba mengidentifikasi apakah variabel work-family conflict dapat mempengaruhi turnover intention yang dimoderasi oleh komitmen afektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4 sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan work-family conflict berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan di Kota Semarang, sedangkan komitmen afektif tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan work-family conflict terhadap turnover intention.
