Abstract
This reseach aimed to examine effect of financial motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The analytical method used in this research multiple linier regression analysis. The sample in this study was 50 respondents in BPR BKK Kudus. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample, namely the entire population of all employees BPR BKK Kudus. Data processing uses multiple linear regression techniques with the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the t- test, the results of this study indicate motivation, work discipline and Work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

| Additional Information: | Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang, teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sample jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi karyawan BPR BKK Kudus. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik regresi liner berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t , hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BPR BKK Kudus. |
