Abstract
Economic Growth is one indicator to measure the success of a country's economic development. This study aims to determine the effect of Fiscal Decentralization and Regional Original Income on Economic Growth with Private Investment as a moderating variable. The population used was 105 regencies/cities in Central Java Province in 2015-2017 and the samples in this study were selected using a purposive sampling method so that 102 regencies/cities were obtained as samples. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), t test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R2). Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out this study shows that simultaneously the variable Fiscal Decentralization, Regional Original Income and Private Investment significantly on Economic Growth. While the partial analysis results of the Fiscal Decentralization variable did not affect the Economic Growth and the Regional Original Revenue variable had a significant positive effect on Economic Growth, and the Private Investment variable was not able to moderate the influence of Fiscal Decentralization and Regional Original Revenue to Economic Growth.
