Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the Fiscal Space (RF), Poverty Rate (PPM), Local Own Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Funds (DAU), and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) for Spending Social Protection Functions (BFPS) in All Regencies / Cities in Indonesia in 2018. The population used in this study is all Regencies / Cities in Indonesia. This research is sampling with certain criteria. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method, collecting data processed 499 districts / cities. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25.00 software program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously shows that Fiscal Space, Percentage of Poor Population, Local Own Revenue, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds have a significant effect on Social Protection Function Expenditures, but Special Allocation Funds have a significant negative effect on Expenditures Function Protection Social.
