Abstract
ABSTRACT The research objective is to analyze the influence of digital competence, organizational climate and psychological empowerment on employee performance; analyzing the influence of digital competence, organizational climate on psychological empowerment and analyzing the influence of digital competence and organizational climate on employee performance with psychological empowerment as a mediator. The population in this study were 184 employees of the Pemalang Regency Diskoperindag, while the research sample was taken using the Slovin formula and 127 employees of the Pemalang Regency Diskoperindag were obtained. The analysis tool uses partial least square analysis. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that digital competence, organizational climate and psychological empowerment influence employee performance; Digital competence and organizational climate influence psychological empowerment and psychological empowerment is able to mediate the influence of digital competence and organizational climate on employee performance.
