Abstract

The Environmental Commitment and Investment are an important controller of growth and sustainable economic development, especially for the agricultural industry sector that can add to company's image and firm value, that help to realize sustainable development goals 2045. Corporate Social Responsibilty accompanied by Good Corporate Governance exists as a bridge connecting sustainable responsibilities from the company to surrounding communities that support the company's operations. This research is conducted to analyze the effect of corporate governance proxies by independent board of commissioners, size of audit committee, institutional ownership, activity of audit committee, expertise of the board of directors and corporate social responsibility on firm value. The data are obtained from company’s annual report of agriculture industrial sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 with 83 samples. The hypothesis analyze using multiple regression analysis. The results show that independent board of commissioners, size of audit committee, and expertise of the board of directors effect the firm value, meanwhile the institutional ownership, activity of audit committee, and , corporate social responsibility do not effect of firm value.
