Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and income on financial management behavior, either simultaneously or partially. Research was conducted on KSP Mitra Dhuafa Ampel customers. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. The sampling method for this research was simple random sampling and produced 98 samples from a population of 4,481 and were processed using SPSS with data analysis techniques including descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, linear regression analysis multiple, f test, coefficient of determination, and partial influence test. The results of this research show that financial knowledge and financial attitude have no influence on financial management behavior, while income has an influence on the financial management behavior of KSP Mitra Dhuafa Ampel customers. Penelitian dilakukan pada Nasabah KSP Mitra Dhuafa Ampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 98 dari populasi 4.481 serta diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan teknik analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji f, koefisien determinasi, dan uji pengaruh parsial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa financial knowledge dan financial attitude tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap financial management behavior sedangkan income memiliki pengaruh terhadap financial management behavior Nasabah KSP Mitra Dhuafa Ampel.
