Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT ABC. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. This study uses all employees of PT ABC as the population. The technique used in sampling is the entire population or saturated sample. Saturated sample is a sampling technique that uses all members of the population as a sample. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style motivation had no effect on employee performance of PT ABC. PT ABC is expected to pay more attention to things that improve the performance of its employees, especially work discipline by setting daily targets and also printing monthly reports so that they can monitor how well their work is.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT ABC. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisi regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan PT ABC sebagai populasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu seluruh populasi atau sampel jenuh. Sampel jenuh merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ABC. PT ABC diharapkan lebih memperhatikan hal yang meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya terutama disiplin kerja dengan mengadakan target harian dan juga mencetak hasil laporan bulanan agar bisa dimonitor seberapa baik pekerjaannya.
