Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of person-organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior with work engagement as mediation (Case Study of BPJS Employment Ungaran Branch Office). The target population is 65 employees of the BPJS Employment Ungaran branch office. Then, saturated samples are used as a method for determining the sample. The data collection technique that will be used in this research is a questionnaire with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method using SmartPLS version 3 software. The research results show that Person-Organization Fit has a significant effect on Work Engagement, Work Engagement has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior- Individual, Work Engagement has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Organizational, Person-Organization Fit has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Individual, Person-Organization Fit has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Organizational, Person-Organizational Fit has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior- Individuals through work engagement as mediation, and Person-Organizational Fit have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Organizational through work engagement as mediation Keyword: Organization Citizenship Behavior, Person-Organization Fit, Work Engagement

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh person-organization fit terhadap organization citizenship behavior dengan work engagement sebagai mediasi (Studi Kasus BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Ungaran). Populasi yang dituju adalah karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan kantor cabang Ungaran sebanyak 65 karyawan. Kemudian, sampel jenuh digunakan sebagai metode menentukan sampel. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukka bahwa Person-Organization Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, Work Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Individual, Work Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Organizational, Person-Organization Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Individual, Person-Organization Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Organizational, Person-Organizational Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Individual melalui work engagement sebagai mediasi, dan Person-Organizational Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior-Organizational melalui work engagement sebagai mediasi
