Abstract
The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of organizational trust on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The influence of personnel engagement on OCB.. The influence of organizational trust on performance. The influence of personnel engagement on performance. The influence of OCB on performance and the influence of personnel engagement is mediated by OCB.The population in this study was all members of the Batang Police, totaling 538 members. Sampling in this study used a proportional sample technique, namely a representative sampling technique and each subject was determined equally by the number of subjects from each level. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, namely 84 respondents.Theresults of this research are that organizational trust influences OCB. Personnel engagement influences OCB. Organizational trust influences performance. Personnel engagement influences performance. OCB has a positive effect on performance. Personnel engagement influences performance mediated by OCB. Organizational trust influences performance mediated by OCB
