Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment and competence on organizational citizenship behavior, testing the moderation of organizational culture on the influence of organizational commitment and competence on organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study was 420 customers. The sample size was determined as 80 respondents. Data analysis uses partial least squares (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool. The research results of organizational commitment and competence have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture does not moderate the influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, but organizational culture moderates the influence of competence on organizational citizenship behavior Key words: organizational commitment, competence, organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior
