Abstract
Abstract This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, internal control and whistleblowing system on fraud prevention at PT. X. This research is a type of quantitative methods. The data used in this research are primary data obtained from questionnares. The population in this research is PT.X employees. The number of sample is 157 respondents using purposive sampling and the data analysis thecnique use linear regression with software IBM SPSS v25. The result of this research proved that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on fraud prevention, internal control has no effect on fraud prevention and whistleblowing system has a significant and positive effect on fraud prevention.

X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah karyawan PT.X. Jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini yaitu 157 responden menggunakan teknik pengambilan sample purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan analisis linear berganda menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25 untuk olah data. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pencegahan fraud, pengendalian internal tidak berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan fraud dan whistleblowing system berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pencegahan fraud. |
