Abstract

This research aims to understand Good Corporate Governance, internal control and organizational culture in managerial performance in companies. The object of research is companies in the printing services sector in Semarang City. The population of this research is CV Jaya Sakti employees. Based on the purposive sampling method, 50 samples were obtained from 76 questionnaires in circulation. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed using SPSS version 25, in this research using the multiple regression analysis method. The results of this research show that Good Corporate Governance has a negative and insignificant effect on managerial performance at CV Jaya Sakti, Internal control has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance at CV Jaya Sakti and Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance at CV Jaya Sakti. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahai Good Corporate Governance, pengendalian internal dan budaya organisasi dalam kinerja manajerial dalam perusahaan. Objek penelitian pada perusahaan di bidang jasa percetakan di Kota Semarang . Populasi penelitian ini adalah pada karyawan CV Jaya Sakti. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling tersebut didapatkan sebanyak 50 sampel dari 76 kuisioner yang dibagikan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diproses dan dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 25, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil peneltian ini menunjukan bahwa Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhap kinerja manajerial pada CV Jaya Sakti, Pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada CV Jaya Sakti dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada CV Jaya Sakti.
