Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Financial Distress on Company Value in restaurant, hotel, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the BEI in 2018-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from company financial reports The population in this study was 32 companies using purposive sampling techniques, 26 samples companys. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. Liquidity has no effect on the value of the company. Capital Structure has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. Financial Distress has a positive effect on the value of the company. There are significant differences between Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Financial Distress before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, while company values do not differ between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Additional Information:	Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Struktur Modal, dan Financial Distress terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor restoran, hotel, dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang didapatkan dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling maka diperoleh 26 sampel perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Financial Distress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Struktur Modal, dan Financial Distress sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19, sedangkan nilai perusahaan tidak berbeda antara sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19.
