Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice on employee innovative This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice on employee innovative work behavior with knowledge sharing as mediation (case study of BPJS Employment Pasuruan Branch Office). The population in this study was 75 employees of the BPJS Employment Pasuruan Branch Office. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling or census. Data analysis was carried out using SEM PLS. The results of the research show that organizational justice has a significant effect on employee innovative work behavior of BPJS Employment Pasuruan Branch Office, organizational justice has a significant influence on knowledge sharing of BPJS Employment Pasuruan Branch Office, knowledge sharing has a significant influence on employee innovative work behavior of BPJS Employment Pasuruan Branch Office, as well as knowledge sharing significant influence on employee innovative work behavior mediated by organizational justice BPJS Employment Pasuruan Branch Office. It is recommended that in further research, other instruments such as interviews can be used to obtain employee opinions in more depth. Suggestions for future researchers to develop research models related to employee innovative work behavior such as job autonomy, organizational culture and others..
