Abstract
The value of the company was very important meaning that for a company, because if the company had the tall valu of the company, then the company would in the good look by the investor who will buy the share in this company. This research had a purpose to know whether insider ownership, the debt, the profitability, the size of the company and deviden was influential towards the value of the company. The population that was used in this research was the manufacture company that listed in BEI the year 2007-2009, whereas his sample totalling 12 companies, by using the taking technique of the sample purposive sampling. The data kind that was used was the secondary data by using the documentation data that in received from IDX Semarang. This research used the analysis implement took the form of linear regression multiplied, the F Test, Uji t with the significant level 0.05. Results of the testing showed that the insider ownership variable was not influential towards the value of the company, because sig 0,162>0,05, the policy of the influential debt towards the value of the company because sig 0,025<0,05, deviden was not influential towards the value of the company, because sig 0,972>0,05, the profitability was influential towards the value of the company because sig 0,011<0,05, the size of the company was influential towards the value of the company because sig 0,000<0,05. as well as 2the value adjusted R that in received of 71.40%.
