Abstract
Dividends are payments made by a corporate to it is shareholder members which is depend on the dividend policy of each companies. It is interesting to analyze factors that influence dividend policy because too many considerations. Sometimes those considerations cause conflict between many parties. Problems of this study is due contradiction between the theory with facts about the influence of DER, NPM, Cash Ratio, Growth and Size of dividend payout ratio during the observation period of the year 2004 to 2010. The population of this research is manufacture companies which listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2004-2010 period there is 5 companies. As for the study sample was drawn by using purposive sampling techniques, namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria. The method of analysis used is multiple regression quadratic equation with the smallest and hypothesis testing using the t-statistic to test the regression coefficient and partial F-statistics to test the influence simultaneously. Besides previously also tested the assumption which includes the classical normality test, test Multicollinearity, Heteroskedastisitas test, and test Autocorrelation. Based on this research, there are two variables partially the NPM and the Cash Ratio, which have a significant positive on the Dividend Payout Ratio and the Growth has a significant negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio of representatives, while the DPR and the Size variable is not significant but positive on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Stimulatingly the DER, NPM, Cash Ratio, Growth and Size have significant influence to Devidend Payout Ratio. It proved by sig-F value lower than 5% significances.
