Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how murabaha financing procedures in BMT Sejahtera Mandiri, and compliance with the DSN MUI fatwa. This type of research is Field Research, by conducting interviews to obtain information from managers, marketing and BMT customers. The results of this study indicate that murabaha financing procedures include submission of requests and negotiations, administrative requirements, customer surveys, financing decisions, purchases of goods carried out by the BMT, and murabahah contracts in accordance with mutual agreement. Murabahah financing at BMT Sejahtera Mandiri in its procedures is not fully in accordance with the MUI Fatwa DSN, because there is still a lack of understanding from some BMT internal parties related to disclosure of cost and benefits that have not been clearly disclosed to customers.
