Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect communication, trust, commitment, and quality service on the customer loyality to user Nokia product. Population of this research is university student of user handphone Nokia in STIE Bank BPD Jateng Semarang with total of 100 sample using accidental method. Data analysis technique uses classic assumption test (multicolinierity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test), godness of fit model and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research that communication insignificant to the customer loyality as -1.489; trust insignificant to the customer as 0.498; commitment insignificant to the customer loyality as 0.674 and quality service significant to the customer loyality as 5.525.
