Abstract
The banking sector in Indonesiah as undergone drastic changes with marke dinter-bank competition intensifies. Towin the competition, the bank is required toreorganizethe management anddesign strategies thatwillbe donetoattractcustomersto its full potentialin the face ofcompetition. PT. BPR Nusumma Jateng Cabang Blora is one of thebankswhich decreasedthe number of customersof savingsdue toincreasing competitionin the banking world. According to those problems, the aim of this study is to analyze the customer loyalty savings improvement, supported an increase intrust, product quality, and service quality improvementprovided by the company. Toanswer the problemhas beenformulated, conducteda study of92respondentsto determinecustomersavingsperceptions oftrust, ualityproducts, service qualityandloyaltyby usingquestionnaires. Data collection techniques with accidental sampling. The collected data were then analyzed using the validity test, Reliability, Multiple Linear Regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis showed that the influence of confidence in the loyalty of customers by value t count bigger than t table 5.038> 1.662 and significance level of 0.000, there is the effect of product quality to customer loyalty with value t count bigger than t table 3.173> 1.662 and the significance level of 0.002, and there is the influence of service quality on customer loyalty with value t count bigger than t table 2.370> 1.662 and significance level of 0.020. While simultan the influence of trust, quality products and quality service to customer loyalty savings count Nusumma Prima with F greater than F table 57.662> 3.10 and significance level of 0.000. The results of testing the influence of trust, quality products and service quality to the customer 2loyalty savings on PT. BPR Nusumma Jateng Cabang Blora R sebesar Adjusted value 65.1%.
