Abstract
In the banking industry, dividend policy is a policy that is very important because it involves shareholders and bank management have different interests with shareholders. Dividend policy is set by the company making bank primarily to determine the profits to be distributed in dividends. The purpose of this study to determine the positive effect of Cash Position (CP), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and Price to Book Value (PBV) to Devidend Payout Ratio. The number of samples used for 52 samples from 13 companies sampled by using a pooling of data. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, goodness of fit and hypothesis testing. From the research results can be concluded that the variable Cash Position (CP) has a positive effect on Devidend Payout Ratio with t values of 4.408 and 0.000 sig value, Return on Investment (ROI) has a positive effect on Devidend Payout Ratio with t values of 4.435 and 0.000 sig value, return on Equity (ROE) has a positive effect on Devidend Payout Ratio with t values of 0.214 and 0.831 sig value and Price to Book value (PBV) has a positive effect on Devidend Payout Ratio with t values of 2.524 and the 0.015 sig.
