Abstract

This study aims to investigate what factors influence the course of satisfaction and loyalty levels of internet subscribers Telkomsel Flash in Semarang. The population in this study were pelaggan ever subscribed to a minimum two-month subscription to internet service Telkomsel Flash. Determination of the sample in this study is not random (non-probability) by the method of purposive sampling. Sample of 112 respondents in this study. Testing hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling techniques (SEM) using AMOS program 18 is used to determine the effect of the variable product quality and price fairness on satisfaction and customer loyalty are hypothesized positive effect on customer loyalty. The results showed that product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, equity prices negatively affect customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction, while a positive effect on cusomer loyalty over the product quality variables play a role in determining the level of customer satisfaction compared with Telkomsel Flash variable price price reasonableness. The empirical findings indicate that in order to avoid a decline in customer satisfaction and loyalty, companies need to pay attention to setting prices according to customer expectations. So expect customers will feel satisfied with a reasonable price so as to establish loyalty.
