Abstract

Banking is one of the participating services company providing support to the economic development of Indonesia. Almost all sectors related to various economic activities always require the services of banks. Competition among banks conventional be increased, while the changes occurring in the community is extraordinary because of the construction and information technology is growing rapidly. This relates to public demand for higher service caused customers have more choices and are very difficult to satisfy the customer. Quality service is an important factor in the success of a bank. Service quality dimensions include tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness and assurance. Objects in this research that BRI customers in the military environment in Kodam IV Semarang. Based on the analysis of data using multiple regression analysis method. With that in mind the results obtained from the five dimensions of service quality has only one dimension. Of a significant influence on customers satisfaction with Bank BRI is t 2.302 and 0.023 significance level. As for dimensions of tangibles, empathy, reliability and responsiveness no influences on customer satisfaction. It can be proved that the t values for tangibles 0.794 ; p 0.429, empathy t 0.926 ; p 0.357, t 1.339 reliability with p 0.184 and responsiveness t 0.075 ; p 0.941.
