Abstract
This research was initiated by growing of competition among developers to draw consumers enthusiasm in selecting house. The objectives of the research are to know the effect price, quality of house, location, and environmental to the consumers behavior in purchasing house in Semarang These research sites are in the Castel of Majapahit. Research carried out to 70 respondents using multiple linier regression method, this research uses the method of sample selection is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, the results of this analysis found that : (1) F count value is 48,608 and significant 0,000. This suggests that : a) a price of construction and significant positive effect of 0,028 on consumer behavior buying a house in Semarang. b) building quality factor of construction and significant positive effect of 0,000 on consumer behavior buying a house in Semarang. c) location factor of construction and significant positive effect of 0,001 on consumer behavior buying a house in Semarang. d) environment factor of construction and significant positive effect of 0,000 on consumer behavior buying a house in Semarang
