Abstract

This research of how the Debt Financing and Equity Financing effect on Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Profit Expense Ratio (PER) of Islamic Banks analyze the extent of the influence of the type of financing product that Sharia Commercial Bank on the risk of financing problems and to profit be obtained with the costs (expenses) are available. This research aimed to test whether the independent variable and Equity Financing Debt Financing effect on the dependent variable Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Profit Expense Ratio (PER) Syariah Banks 2005-2011 period. The number of samples in this study 10 Islamic Banks using purposive sampling techniques. Analytical methods using linear regression analysis. Data obtained from the company's annual financial statements are published. Research results show that each independent variable Debt Financing and Equity Financing either simultaneously or partially significant effect on the dependent variable Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Profit Expense Ratio (PER) Syariah Banks. Adjusted R Square value of the independent variables Debt Financing and Equity Financing of the dependent variable Non Performing Financing (NPF) of 0.548. While the adjusted R Square value of the independent variables and Debt Financing Equity Financing to variable dependenProfit Expense Ratio (PER) of 0.510.
