Abstract

PT. PLN Persero is a state-owned enterprise that serves the people in power supply nationwide and is monopolized electricity in Indonesia. The role is very important because PLN PLN is one - the only provider of electricity in Indonesia. The problem that often occurs late - end delay is frequent service to the public, the budget amount of PLN is still unclear direction and this has resulted in reduced performance of the overall organization of the course will result in performance loss financially as well as that should not happen monopoly companies such as PLN. Although it has been doing a lot of activities and methods to improve the performance, but the implementation is still a lot going on irregularities that can result from human error or implementation procedures have not been followed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture, internal controls and public accountability for performance. The research was carried out at PT. PLN Persero APJ Semarang. This study uses organizational commitment, organizational culture, internal controls and public accountability as the independent variable and performance as the dependent variable. The samples used were PT. PLN Persero APJ Semarang employees where the number of samples specified in this study were 65 respondents. The analysis used include validity, reliability test, tst assumptions of classical test, linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of 2 determination (R ). Based on F-test done and the results of multiple linear regression analysis above can be seen that simultaneous organizational commitment, organizational culture, internal controls and public accountability have a positive and significant impact on performance, Based on t test results, it is evident that the partial, organizational commitment , internal control, and public accountability have a positive and significant impact on performance. While organizational culture is not significant and does not affect the performance. This 2 research’s was R 67,4%.
