Abstract
This research aims at finding out the influences of locus of control on the performane auditor, the influence of locus of control and performance on turnover intention and the influence of locus of control, performance, and turnover intention on dysfunctional audit behavior. The data used are auditors, worked for Accountant Public Office in Semarang. Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) are used to test the hypothesis.Primary data was collected by survey methods and using questionnaire that directly delivered to auditors. The sample size of the study was 67 repondents. The result of study are locus of control, auditor performance and turnover intention influence lignificantly dysfunctional audit behavior. however, locus of control isn't influence the turnover intention. This because auditor haven’t much experience yet, and difficulty of finding decent job.
